Bruce Barton was the copywriter behind these ads & perhaps, most well-known for the institute ads that were swiped by Martin Conroy for what is often called the most profitable sales letter ever: http://swiped.co/file/wallstreet-letter-conroy/ The ads below each come from a different year with slight variations. The first two from 1923 & 1934 are for the very successful "Men Who Know It All" ad. I included the 3rd ad from 1931 because it has a very similar style & the headline was used as a sub-head in the second ad from 1934.
