This is the only ad in the campaign where the limo is mentioned. Although the other ads also target businessmen, its more for personal & family use vs. company use.
Normally, Ogilvy would quote magazine & newspaper editorials, but in this ad, he includes a testimonial from a target customer. This makes sense given how targeted the ad is.
Amongst his other Rolls-Royce ads, this ad from Ogilvy has a similar format & approach, but is different in that he's seeking to justify the purchase as a business investment. It's very targeted messaging.
A question that starts with "should every..." is often powerful in that it's asking for a yes or no in regards to an entire group vs. just yourself or one individual. The argument for every corporation owning a Rolls Royce would have to be a strong one & that helps make the reader interested.
