I could see why. One of the few times people actually fear they'll run out of batteries is when a storm comes & potentially knocks out their power. At that point, you're most likely relying on battery-run flashlights, radios etc. Their hook "Stock Up Before The Storm" is action-based & is phrased to relate to the reader who is looking up a storm that is about to happen. For that reader, the messaging is spot-on. To back up the action-based messaging, they mention a 10-year guarantee. After all, you might be thinking "but what if I don't use them?". It's comforting to know you don't have to.
