The headline utilized "the fear of missing out" to grab attention & then sells potential employees with the growth the company has achieved since they started & how many of the salesman that seized the opportunity in 1964 are making a substantial amount of money. The entire ad is based around people being impressed by their ongoing success & not wanting to miss out on its future growth.
